| Complaint investigations will be initiated by the H&S Committee. It will first be determined whether complaint can be successfully resolved using in-house personnel. If so, such will be done. If resolution of complaint requires the contracting of a professional firm or contractor, the Health and Safety Committee will discuss and ultimately elect a qualified firm to further research and/or resolve the issue. Such will be done and resolution will be communicated to complainant through e-mail. Resolution of complaint will be discussed by Health and Safety Committee and relayed to complainant. |
