Facilities Management:

Since the 2005 Building Condition Surveys our firm has provided and managed on a large scale, RESCUE services, Building Condition Surveys, Annual Visual Inspections, Five Year Capital Plan updates and School Facility Report Cards for over 96 million square feet of spaces, systems and sub-systems in over 935 K–12 school buildings. Our experience includes creating, estimating and managing Five Year Capital Plans with as little as $1 million to more than $1.3 billion in capital improvement projects.
